Dutch Oven Chicken Coating

My parents dutch oven chicken is AMAZING.  One of the reasons for how good it is, is that they cook it slow and use bone-in chicken.  The other reason is the coating mix they use.

By Vera, from Kevin and Ann's "kitchen".

Dutch Oven Chicken Coating (can actually be used for coating on any type of chicken you cook!)

2 1/2 cups Wheat Flour
2 1/2 cups White Flour
7 oz. Seasoning Salt
3 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
3 teaspoons Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Barbeque Spice (this is a dry seasoning and can sometimes be hard to find)
2 teaspoons Paprika

Combine ingredients and shake/stir/mix together.  We like to some of the mix in a paper bag, add the chicken and shake it.  This way, you can use just enough to coat the chicken and keep the rest of the mix for another day (you would NOT want to reuse any of the mix that the chicken has been in).
