These were seriously so so good! I can't even tell you how good. Make sure you find a really good tasting buffalo wing sauce first. My favorite is Wing Time found at our local Lins (Western Family) grocery store. I posted about it here and here.
Sadly, I printed this recipe off a few weeks ago and didn't write down where it came from.
Marie
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
1/3 cup flour
3 Tbs cornstarch
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce, I used more
1 Tbs olive oil
Corn or flour tortillas
Ranch dressing
Your favorite taco toppings
In a large bowl or Ziploc bag combine flour, cornstarch, cayenne, and garlic powder. Season the chicken with salt and pepper then dredge in the flour mixture.
Heat 1 Tbs of olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken and cook until done. Put in a bowl and add wing sauce.
Serve in tacos with ranch dressing and your favorite taco toppings.
