1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Butter (softened)
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Pumpkin
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Ginger
Chocolate Chips
1 cup nuts (optional)
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips and nuts in mixer, mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
