Fudge 2

Another from the class.
This is a recipe handed down from my mother and grandmother. It's delicious.

4 cups Sugar
2 cubes Butter (1 cup)
1 can evaporated milk
3 – 8oz Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars, broken into individual squares
1 bag (12 oz) milk chocolate chips
1 regular jar marshmallow

Combine sugar, butter and milk in large heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil and boil for 8 minutes…stirring every 4 minutes (total of 2 times).
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate bars, chocolate chips and marshmallow.
Stir rapidly until combined and smooth.
Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan and let cool completely.From the class.
