Baking Class - Pistachio Bark

This past week I was asked to host a baking class for my friend's RS. We made a wide variety of treats.
Since the class and after posting about it on my regular blog, I've recieved multiple requests via email, FB and comments for the recipes.
So...in order to make it easy...they are all going up on my favorite recipe blog...Smithalicious of course.
Some of the recipes are re-posts from this very site. Recipes that have been shared among the Smith family and are being used again.
Some are new.
All are good.

The class was a success with close to 30 attendees and 2 hours of sugar and chocolate bliss.
This first recipe is so good...and SO addicting. Mmmmm.
Enjoy!

Red and Green Pistachio Bark
1 ¼ cups dried cherries
2 tablespoon water
2 (12oz) pkgs white chocolate chips
6(2oz) vanilla flavored almond bark squares
1 ¼ cups chopped green pistachio
Microwave cherries and 2 table. Water in small microwaveable bowl for 2 minutes. Drain.
Melt morsels and bark coating in heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in cherries and pistachios. Spread into a wax paper lined 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Chill 1 hr or until firm. Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
