Chicken Ranch Wraps

This is another recipe that we used to make a lot but just forgot about. We had it again this week and wanted to share! I don't remember where it came from and I have changed it a bit from the original to make it easier.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed or sliced
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup rice
bacon, cooked or bacon bits

Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Salt and pepper chicken and add to hot pan. Cook until chicken is cooked through.

Add 1 cup water and rice, bring to a boil , cover and simmer until done. (You could use instant rice, I am sure, just add equal parts water and rice). Stir in dressing and bacon and heat until warm.

Warm tortillas and top with desired toppings.
