Triple Cheese Pesto Pizza

I got this recipe from Brenda who got it from a Betty Crocker Cookbook. It comes together quickly and bakes for only a few minutes.

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 Tlbs milk
6 pita breads
6 Tlbs pesto
1 can olives, drained and sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Tlbs grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tlbs fresh parsley or 1 Tlbs dried parsley

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix cream cheese and milk until smooth and then stir in pesto.
Place pita breads on a large ungreased cookie sheet.
Spread cream cheese, pesto mixture on pita breads to 1/4 inch of edge.
Top with olives and sprinkle with cheeses and parsley.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
**It is also good with leftover grilled chicken cut into small pieces on top.
