I made this for our Bunko potluck and it was a hit!
2 cups coleslaw mix
1/2 cup craisins
1/3 cup bacon bits
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Red Onion
Dressing:
1 cup mayo
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tlbs vinegar
Mix dressing together, then mix well with all the other ingredients.
*If you want to use the whole bag of coleslaw mix, just 1 1/2 times the dressing.
