Fresh Peach Cobbler - for Slow Cooker

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup biscuit mix
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 large, ripe peaches, peeled, mashed

Combine sugar and biscuit mix in bowl, stir in eggs, vanilla, evaporated mild and buter and mix well.
Fold in peaches, pour into sprayed slow cooker and stir well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours OR on High for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve warm. - Serves 6
