Chicken Cutlet BLT's

this makes 2 sandwiches.

4 slices bacon
4 chicken cutlets, pounded thin
salt & pepper
1/4 cup ranch
couple drops of hot sauce, to taste
4 slices bread, toasted
tomato, sliced
cheese, sliced

Season the chicken with salt & pepper, then cook. Cook the bacon at the same time. Mix ranch and hot sauce together. Spread on the bread. Place two chicken cutlets and 2 slices bacon on bread. Top with lettuce, tomato and cheese and the last slice of bread.

Note: We usually use boneless, skinless chicken breasts and then slice them in half so that they are thinner.
