4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (10 oz.) can broccoli-cheese soup
1/4 cup milk
1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli spears
Rice, cooked
Dry chicken breasts with paper towels and place is sprayed, oval slow cooker.
Combine melted butter, soup and milk in bowl and spoon over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 4-6 hours.
Remove cooker lid and place broccoli over chicken. Cover and cook an additional 1 hour. Serve over rice.
