I believe we made this for Alma & Matti when they visited us last year.
Spinach (I usually by the stuff in the bag)
Chicken
Mandarin Oranges
Toasted Coconut
Almonds
Cranberries
Wonton Skins, cut into stripes and fried.
1/2 cup Honey
1/3 cup Mustard
1 tsp Curry Powder
Dressing of Choice (I use low-fat Sesame Ginger by Newman's Own)
Cut up and cook Chicken. Mix the Honey, Mustard & Curry powder, then add the cooked chicken. I usually put out all the ingredients and let people make their own salads, but you could also mix it all together and serve it that way as well.
