Chicken on the run (tin foil dinner)

2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/4 tomato, sliced
1 medium potato, sliced
1 small carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. lemon juice

Wrap all ingredients in tin foil.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
