3-4 avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 Tlbs chopped fresh cilantro
2 Roma tomatoes, diced or canned, drained
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pinch cayenne pepper optional
Mash avocados, lime juice and salt. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor.
