1 pkg (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 pkg (8oz each) cream cheese, room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Paper line 24 muffin cups (I lightly sprayed my papers). Place one piece of cookie dough in each muffin cup. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until cookie has spread to the edge of the cup.
Beat cream cheese, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour equally into cups over cookie.
Bake for additional 12-15 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Refrigerate 1 hour and top with pie filling.
