Fettucine Carbonara

1 pound fettuccini noodles cooked & drained
8 slices bacon
4 eggs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
black pepper to taste

Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy. Chop with a knife into bits.

Beat the eggs, cheese & cream in a bowl, then add the bacon. Pour over pasta in the pan and stir. Return the pan to a very low heat and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Don't overheat or the eggs will scramble. Season with black pepper.
