Won Tons - Reposted

We made these tonight for dinner and it reminded me of how delicious they are so I thought I would repost this recipe with a picture. We had these with the Ham Fried Rice that Matti posted a few months ago and the Sweet & Sour sauce recipe that was just posted. -Brenda

By Vera - but again, from Sue's kitchen!
1 Lb. lean ground beef
1 (6 0z.) shrimp
8-10 water chestnuts, chopped fine
2-4 green onions, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 pkg. won ton skins

Mix filling together. Wrap about 2 tsp. filling in each won ton skin. Fry in deep fryer or hot ail until golden. Serve with plum sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
