These two recipes literally take less than 10 minutes, start to finish. Great for busy nights!
1 pkg shredded Cole-slaw mix or shredded cabbage
1/3 cup stir-fry sauce or teriyaki sauce marinade
4 sliced green onions
2 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken
Cook cabbage, stir fry sauce, and green onions over medium heat until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in cooked chicken and heat until chicken is warm.
Serve in warmed tortillas
