Italian Beef Sandwiches

I have has this at the Wiscombe's and it is wonderful!

6 Lb. beef roast
1 (12 oz.) peperoncinis
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
salt and pepper

Combine everything in crock pot (do not drain peperoncinis). Cook overnight on low until meat shreds easily. Serve on good rolls with mayonnaise.
