Greek Hummus Dip
Hummus is a big deal around our house. We love it. And thanks to Marie's awesome recipe for homemade hummus (found HERE), we usually have it in the fridge at all times.
Then one day, a dear friend of mine introduced me to this hummus dip.
It. Is. Divine.
We eat it all the time, usually with wheat thins or other crackers, pita bread or chips...or my favorite...scooping it up with cucumber slices.
Trust me on this one, it's delicious!

Greek Hummus Dip
1/4 cup hummus (or more if you like)
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/8 cups pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
1-2 tablespoons crumbled feta
Spread hummus on bottom of plate or bowl.
Top with pepper, cucumber, olives and then feta.
Adjust amount of toppings according to your preferences.
Eat with cucumbers slices, crackers, pita chips, etc.
Enjoy!
