Chocolate Chip Cheesballs by Melissa - reposted
Another repost due to request from this past week.
This one it super easy to make and SOOOOO good.
So glad Melissa introduced us to it...even if I eat the whole thing in one night.

1 80z pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter softened
3/4 to 1c. Confectioners' sugar
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in sugars and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour more.
Roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans before serving.
Suggested ideas for dippers: vanilla wafers, chocolate graham crackers, regular graham crackers…or a spoon!
