Chicken Fingers

This is my go-to meal when my husband is gone on his overnight route, but I still want to have leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day. That is also the same reason I don't have pictures, I always forget to take them because I am trying to get dinner for my 2 starving boys.

I also like to use this recipe to make this Chicken BLT Salad

Chicken breast, cut into strips
Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper

Mix breadcrumbs with Italian Seasoning, salt & Pepper. Coat chicken and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes (more if you are doing whole peices of chicken).
