Ingredients:
Jalapeno Peppers
Gouda Cheese (if you don't have Gouda, Mozzarella works also)
Pre-cooked chicken
Turkey Bacon
Directions:
Cut top off peppers and clean out seeds.
Mix together cheese and chicken.
Stuff peppers with cheese/chicken mixture.
Wrap each pepper with one slice of Turkey Bacon. Use Turkey Bacon, because it is not as greasy as regular bacon and will not cause flames from the grease drippings.
Cook until bacon is done.
Note: Peppers will still be crunchy. If you want them to be softer, you can blanch and cool the peppers before stuffing and grilling.
