I used canned tomatoes instead of fresh...just be sure to drain them first.
This is a recipe for 4...so double as needed.

- 4 whole Chicken Breast, Defrosted Or Fresh
- 2 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 2 cup Chopped Green Pepper, Onion And Tomato, Combined
- 1 cups Low Fat Sour Cream
- Oregano, to taste
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray. Lay the chicken in the bottom.
Chop up veggies to equal one cup, then add to the slow cooker. Add the soup and stir around a little bit. Add a teeny bit of water as well (1/8 of a cup or so) just to help mix the soup up, and create more of a sauce. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and oregano on top, then set on high for 4 hours.
About 15 minutes before serving, add sour cream and stir, then set the cooker to warm.
