Scotcharoos

In my house growing up, we called these "Special K Bars"...because we made them with special K or corn flakes.
On this occasion, I "mixed it up" a little different and use rice krispies.

Either way, they are delicious.

Scotcharoos

2 cups sugar
2 cups Karo syrup
3 cups Peanut Butter
8 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1 1/2 bags milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 bags butterscotch chips

Stir sugar and karo together in large saucepan.
Dissolve over med-low heat....do not let boil (Takes 5-10 minutes).
Stir in PB until smooth.
Mix in rice krispies.
Press into cookie sheet/jelly roll pan.
Pour both types of chips over entire pan.....wait to melt and spread until smooth.
Let set.
Eat!
