Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Mix together & put into 9X13" pan (or bundt pan works nicely too)
1 c. brown sugar
2-3 TBS margarine
Put sliced pineapple on this mixture
Mix together:
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3 eggs beaten well
6 TBS pineapple juice
2 tsp. baking powder

Pour over above mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Tip upside down on flat pan or cookie sheet. Top with Dream Whip or vanbilla ice cream.
